Jayasree Ayyalasomayajula is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting, currently serving as the Lead Talent Partner at Fluxon since April 2021, where responsibilities include quality hiring for technical roles. Prior experience includes roles at SumTotal Systems as a Talent Acquisition Associate, and various positions in HR and recruitment at Sandhata Technologies, PACE Computer Solutions Inc, Surgical Information Systems, Nefer HR Consulting Pvt Ltd., ATC Consultancy, and Alliance Global Services. Jayasree holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
