Fintan Kelly

Fintan Kelly is the current Vice President of Product & Support at Fluxx. Prior to joining Fluxx, Kelly spent over 10 years with The Atlantic Philanthropies, a global foundation set up by Charles Feeney in 1982. Kelly started with The Atlantic Philanthropies as an IT Associate for Euro-Africa before eventually being promoted to IT Executive and then Deputy Director of IT.

As Deputy Director of IT, Kelly was responsible for a large annual global IT budget and overseeing the IT needs of the organization as it grew. In their role, Kelly worked closely with the IT Director in New York and other global functions to ensure that the organization's IT needs were being met.

Kelly played an integral role in preparing The Atlantic Philanthropies for its final chapter and the closure of its offices. Fintan focused on ensuring that the organization's IT needs were still being met despite the shrinking staff and office numbers. Thanks to Kelly's efforts, The Atlantic Philanthropies was able to maintain a high level of service until it ceased grant-making in 2016 and closed shortly after.

Fintan Kelly has a mini MBA from the Irish Management Institute, which helps developing leaders master advanced business skills. Fintan also has a bachelor's degree in science from the Open University. Fintan has certificates in computer applications and electronic engineering from the Institute of Technology Carlow, and a certificate in mechanical engineering from the same school. Fintan is also certified in critical thinking and reasoned decision making from edX, and has a certificate in project management from the APMG.
