Mark Modak

Mark Modak is a Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in the software development field, currently working at Fluxx since November 2022. Previous roles include Full Stack Engineer positions at The Wanderlust Group and American Financing, where Mark developed robust applications and systems. Prior to transitioning to technology, Mark dedicated several years to education, serving as a Spanish and Science Teacher at institutions including Kent Denver School, Potomac School, and St. Paul's School, where Mark taught language acquisition and scientific concepts. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Juniata College. Additionally, Mark has experience leading and coordinating study abroad programs with Rustic Pathways.
