Robinson Méndez is a seasoned IT and support management professional with over a decade of experience at Fluxym, where responsibilities include ITSM operations, financial management, and the administration of key enterprise tools. Robinson has effectively managed IT asset management, Microsoft services, and application deployment, while also providing functional support for various P2P/T&E solutions. Prior roles encompass founding and managing a travel agency with an IT focus and establishing an ERP/CRM system for a publishing house. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in management of innovation and design at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Robinson holds a DUT in Computer Science from Université Paris Cité.
