Anne vander Schueren

Anne Vander Schueren currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Chief People & Organisation Officer at Fluxys Group, a position held since January 2002. Responsibilities include formulating and deploying HR strategies to address future trends, overseeing organization development and HR planning in alignment with growth strategies, and designing corporate governance models. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Anne has led performance management systems and remuneration policies while managing HR during the transition of Fluxys from Distrigas.
