Raphaël de Winter

Raphaël De Winter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior VP of Business Development and M&A at Fluxys since September 2013. De Winter leads the company's efforts in sustainable growth and team performance, previously holding positions such as Director of Business Development and Innovation and Chief Executive Officer at FluxSwiss, where significant contributions were made to the Transitgas pipeline operations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Gas Management Services Limited, where operational services were provided across major European gas grids, and substantial consulting positions at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services and PwC. De Winter holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain.
