Stijn Maelfeyt

Stijn Maelfeyt is an accomplished professional in the LNG sector, currently serving as Terminal Manager at Fluxys since December 2019, overseeing the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal. Previously, from November 2017 to December 2019, Stijn held the position of Infrastructure Project Manager at Fluxys Belgium, leading significant projects including the fifth LNG tank. Stijn's career at Fluxys began in September 2007, where initial roles included Sr Acquisitions & International Business Development Officer and Plant Operations Manager, providing a strong foundation in both operations and project management. Stijn holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University and is currently pursuing further education at Vlerick Business School.
