Alissa Draska is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background in managing organizational processes. At Miles Board, Alissa served as Operations Manager, overseeing the CEO's calendar, handling payroll, managing inventory, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding efforts. Previously, Alissa worked at Predicate Logic, Inc. in various roles, including Executive Assistant and Customer Support Manager, where responsibilities included recruiting for government positions and managing payroll processing. Alissa also gained extensive experience at Android Industries as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on high-volume hiring and payroll for over 400 employees.
