Matthew Bilsky, PhD, PE

Matthew Bilsky, PhD, PE has a wealth of experience in the professional world. Since 2019, they have been the Founder and CEO of FLX Solutions, Inc. Prior to that, they were the President of Impossible Incorporated LLC from 2013-2019, the Superintendent of Properties at 5th Street Capital Partners from 2010-2013, the Race Official at USCSA Atlantic Highlands Conference from 2012-2013, the Professor and Post-Doc, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant at Lehigh University from 2012-2019, the Owner of Mattcomp Services LLC from 2003-2010, and the Assistant Store Manager at Aalta Sports from 2007-2010.

Matthew Bilsky obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 2012. Matthew then went on to earn a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in 2014. In 2017, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. In addition to their educational qualifications, Bilsky is also a Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the PA Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (2017), an EMT certified by the PA Department of Health (2009), an Eagle Scout (2006), and a Home Improvement Contractor certified by the PA Office of Attorney General (2016).
