Jing Gao has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jing is the Founder and CEO of FLY BY JING, a premium Chinese food company focused on bringing authentic Chinese flavors to the modern kitchen. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Baoism, a fast-casual dining concept that offered safe and clean ingredients at an affordable price.

Jing Gao also has experience in business development as the Director at frog Design, where they drove revenue growth for the company by designing and bringing new products and services to market. Before that, they worked at BlackBerry, shaping its software and services strategy for the Asia Pacific region and implementing pricing strategies for carriers in multiple countries.

Earlier in their career, Jing Gao was involved in brand management at Procter & Gamble and worked in corporate finance at Canaccord Genuity Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to identify opportunities, develop key relationships, and drive growth for organizations.

Jing Gao began their education by attending The Woodlands School from 2001 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Western University. In 2007, they transferred to the Ivey Business School at Western University and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Honours Business Administration. Later in 2009, they attended Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management for a brief period, completing another Honours Business Administration degree.
