Tal Ekroni

Tal Ekroni has a diverse work experience with multiple leadership roles in various companies and organizations. In 2005, they co-founded Ready, Set, Go! and remained with the company until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Tal worked as a Financial Education Project Manager at Israel Defense Forces. In 2011, they joined Hever Consumers Club as a Business Development Manager and held this position until 2015. During this time, in 2014, Tal also co-founded and served as CEO of Marshi Agreements until 2015. In 2013, they became a Lecturer in Finance at the College of Management Academic Studies and continued until 2017. Since 2015, Tal has been associated with Fly Money, initially as the CEO & Co-Founder, and from 2022 onwards, as the Chairman. Finally, in 2022, Tal became the CEO & Co-Founder of Better. Tal Ekroni obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Open University of Israel, completing the program from 2004 to 2008.
