Technical support engineer at Flyability

Gaël Picoulet has been working in the field of technical support engineering since 2011. In 2007, they completed a DUT degree traineeship at Enviroscopy, where they worked on the conception of a lidar system to measure the retro-diffusion and extinction coefficients in the atmospheric boundary layer. In 2009, they completed a 1st year of Master degree traineeship at the Obervatoire Midi-Pyrénées - LEGOS - pôle d'océanographie côtière, where they conducted research on a better characterization of the Liguro-Provençal-Catalan current in the Mediterranean sea. In 2014, they began working as a Support engineer in Remote sensing and scientific instruments at Cimel electronique / CNRS Laboratoire optique atmosphérique. In 2017, they became a Field Service engineer at SCREEN, where they worked on-call during 12 hour shifts, weekend, and 365 days a year on customer sites in ISO4 clean room environments. In 2018, they began working as a Technical support engineer at Pix4D, where they were responsible for back office support, level 1, 2 and 3 and full support ownership on mobile apps. In 2020, they began working as a Technical support engineer at Flyability, where they are responsible for back office support level 1, 2 and 3, follow up with customers, services centers and distributors, and acting as a focal point with Sales, R&D, accounting, logistic and production teams.

Gaël Picoulet's education history includes a Master 2 in Surveillance et Gestion de l'Environnement (SGE) from Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier Toulouse III between 2009 and 2010, a Master 1 in Atmosph\u00e8re, Oc\u00e9ans, Continents (AOC) from Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier Toulouse III between 2008 and 2009, a Licence in Physique Appliqu\u00e9e from Technological University Dublin between 2007 and 2008, and a DUT in Mesures Physiques from IUT Annecy between 2005 and 2007.
