Lucía Ginzo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lucía began their career as an Analyst of Communications at Fundacion Zambrano in 2004. Lucía then moved on to METROVIAS, where they worked in various communication roles from 2004 to 2012, including Jefa de Comunicaciones Corporativas and Jefa de Comunicaciones Internas. In 2013, they joined Roggio Transporte as Gerente de Comunicaciones y Relaciones Institucionales, overseeing communication for the transportation division. Lucía held this position until 2018 when they transitioned to the role of Corporate Communications and PR Senior Manager at Flybondi. In 2022, they also became a member of the Comisión Directiva at Círculo Dircoms Argentina. Additionally, they have served as a Docente de Posgrado de Asuntos Corporativos at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina since 2016. Recently in 2023, they were appointed as Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer at Flybondi.
Lucía Ginzo has a diverse education history. Lucía obtained a Master's degree in Innovation and Business Sustainability from EADA Business School between the years 2020 and 2022. In 2017, they completed an Executive Program in Change Management at Universidad del CEMA. In 2012, Lucía participated in a Program in Institutional Communication (PCI) at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires. Lucía also attended a Negotiation program at Esade in 2011. Finally, between 2002 and 2007, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Institutional Communication from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
