Gajan Paramanathan

Gajan Paramanathan is a seasoned tax professional with a diverse background in taxation and fiscal matters. Currently serving as a Fiscalist Loonheffingen Grote Ondernemingen at Belastingdienst since May 2023, Gajan previously worked at Belastingdienst as a Fiscalist loonheffingen MKB from January 2019 to April 2023. With additional expertise gained from roles at PwC as a Senior Associate Tax and Associate Tax focusing on Global Mobility, and Baker Tilly Berk as a Junior Tax Consultant and Assistant Tax Adviser, Gajan has cultivated a strong foundation in tax consultancy. Gajan also contributed to the Flying Blue Forum at FlyerTalk since October 2010 and has prior experience in teaching and leadership roles in various educational and nonprofit settings. Academically, Gajan holds a post graduate degree in Taxation from Stichting Opleiding Belastingadviseurs and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Taxation and Financial Economics respectively from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
