Allen Thomas completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from East Carolina University - College of Business in 1992. Allen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 1997.
