Dan Richards

Dan Richards currently serves as the President of Flyhomes Mortgage, a position held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Leader for Home Loans at SoFi, where Dan orchestrated the acquisition of Wyndham Capital Mortgage. Dan also held the role of Senior Vice President of Mortgage at Homie, overseeing the transition from broker to lender. From 2012 to 2021, Dan was with Academy Mortgage Corporation, where responsibilities progressed from Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer to Head of Strategic Growth & Partnerships. Earlier in the career, Dan held positions at Microsoft, Google, and Nokia, gaining expertise in marketing, business development, and product management. Dan Richards earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.
