Kamil Tatol

Kamil Tatol has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as an Experience Design Consultant at Varner, a fashion group with multiple brands across Europe. Kamil also served as a Mentor & Expert in Product Design & Digital Strategy at Accelpoint, assisting startups in shaping their value proposition and defining strategies. Additionally, Kamil worked as a Lead Product Designer at Pioner Labs, where they led a design team and was responsible for the User Experience of various products. Kamil has also held mentorship roles at ReaktorX and Google Launchpad. Currently, Kamil is the CEO of Flying Bisons and a Board Member at Flying Digital Content. Kamil is also a member of CX Saudi and the Design Leadership Forum. Kamil is an experienced professional with a strong background in design and strategy.

Kamil Tatol's education history is as follows:

Kamil obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a specialization in Digital Transformation from Kozminski University. Kamil attended the university from 2020 to 2022.

In 2020, Kamil also completed a program called Management Essentials, offered by Harvard Business School Online and taught by Joseph Fuller and David Garvin.

In 2019, Kamil took a course on Disruptive Strategy offered by Harvard Business School Online, taught by Clayton M. Christensen.

From 2017 to 2018, Kamil pursued an Online Degree in Interaction Design from UC San Diego.

In 2016-2017, Kamil earned an Online Degree in Interaction Design from The Interaction Design Foundation.

Kamil also studied User Experience Design as a UX Designer at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2016 to 2017.

Before that, Kamil completed their undergraduate studies at Gdańsk University of Technology, where they obtained a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Kamil has obtained several certifications. Kamil is certified as an E-commerce Expert by the Baymard Institute, completed the Designing a Business program offered by IDEO U, and received Agile Coaching Academy certification from Code Sprinters. Kamil also holds certifications in Google Online Marketing, Design Thinking from Designit, and the Professional Scrum Product Owner designation from Scrum.org.
