Emily Bobotas

Emily Bobotas has extensive experience in quality assurance within the brewing industry, currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Flying Dog Brewery since December 2015, after holding the position of Micro Quality Assurance Technician. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Quality Assurance Technician/Kegger at Independence Brewing Co. from October 2014 to November 2015. Educationally, Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, completed in 2014, and is currently enhancing knowledge through a two-week course in Essential Quality Control at the Siebel Institute of Technology in San Diego, CA.
