Brenna McDonald

Brenna McDonald has held various roles in the past 8 years. In 2014, they began their career as a Freelance Makeup Artist with Brenna McDonald Designs. In 2015, they became an Orientation Coordinator at Merrimack College, where they oversaw the hiring of over 100 staff orientation staff and supervised and coordinated all events, meals, presentations, and activities for over 700 incoming freshman. In 2017, Brenna began working at EF Educational Tours as a Traveler Support Specialist, where they acted as the primary resource for parents as they navigate the process of sending their students abroad. Brenna managed all aspects of the customer life cycle and assisted in cross-departmental projects. In 2019, Brenna joined EF Education First as a Sales Operations Manager for EF Explore America, and later as a Sales Enablement and Communications Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the design and functionality of sales-related Templafy, SharePoint, and Training materials. Brenna optimized materials and processes by analyzing sales, communication, and advertising data and trends. Finally, in 2022, Brenna became a Brand Ambassador for Flying Embers.

Brenna McDonald attended Watertown High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained their high school diploma. Brenna then attended Merrimack College from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Business Management. In 2015, they began studying at The American University of Rome, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communication.
