Cholong Bantly is an experienced professional in the fields of food safety, quality compliance, and data analysis. Currently serving as the Food Safety and Quality Compliance Manager for the West at Flying Food Group since May 2017, Cholong has previously held the position of Food Safety and Quality Manager within the same company. Prior roles include Data Analyst and Moderator at Mobee | Now Wiser Solutions, Inc., Business Developer/Data Analyst at Boster Biological Technology, and Bioinformatics intern at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. Early career experience includes a role as FSQ Technician/SQF Practitioner at Flying Food Group and an internship at Dominican University of California, where research focused on Acetylcholinesterase inhibition related to Alzheimer’s Disease. Cholong Bantly holds an MS in Bioinformatics from Northeastern University and a BS in Chemistry from Dominican University of California.
