Dawn Delligatti has extensive work experience in the food industry. Dawn started their career at Smithfield Packing as a Program Technologist from April 2006 to October 2007. Dawn then joined Flying Food Group in September 2008 as an RFSQ Manager- East and later became the Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQ) Compliance Manager in January 2012. From May 2014 to July 2015, they served as the General Manager before being promoted to Director, Food Safety and Quality in January 2016. Most recently, in January 2021, they were appointed as the Vice President of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs at Flying Food Group.
Dawn Delligatti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration in Pre-Health from Salisbury University, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002. In 2014, they commenced their Master's degree in Food Science and Technology at Illinois Institute of Technology, and they are currently pursuing it.
