Laura Bland

Laura Bland has over 40 years of experience in human resources and payroll management. Since September 2000, Laura has worked at Flying Food Group in various roles, including Recruiting Manager, Human Resource Manager, and Sr. Human Resource Manager, contributing nearly 14 years to the company. Prior to this, Laura served as Payroll and HR Manager at Mutual Trust Life Insurance Company from May 1974 to June 1998, and also held positions as Accounting Clerk and Benefits Administrator. Laura holds an Associate's degree in Parks & Recreation and Physical Education from Moraine Valley Community College, earned between 1969 and 1971.
