Randa Nawil

Randa Nawil has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Flying Food Group. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Director-East at the same company. Before joining Flying Food Group, they worked at Swissport as a Manager-HR Business Partner and a Human Resources Manager. Randa also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Menzies Aviation and as an HR Business Partner at ASIG. Randa started their career at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they held various roles including District HR Coordinator and Human Resource Manager. Throughout their career, Randa has been responsible for recruitment, compliance management, employee relations, and payroll, among other HR functions.

Randa Nawil pursued their education at the University of Alexandria from 1991 to 1995. During this period, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration.
