Mogens Axelsen

Mogens Axelsen is currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager Lead at Flying Tiger Copenhagen since December 2023. Previously, Mogens held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen from May 2016 to November 2023 and was the SDM Team Manager at e-Boks a/s from May 2014 to May 2016, focusing on B2B support and outsourced end-user support. Additional experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager at Knowledge Cube AS, where responsibilities encompassed KPI reporting and SLA validation. At Microsoft Denmark, Mogens worked in various roles, including Service Account Manager and Technical Service Coordinator, providing technical account management and serving as a trusted advisor to Microsoft partners across the Nordic region.
