Russell Hay is an experienced Service Operations Executive currently with Systal Technology Solutions since October 2021, previously holding the same title at AT&T from March 2008 to September 2021 where responsibilities included managing service managers and maintaining customer satisfaction across various operational areas. Prior to that, Russell served as a Network Service Delivery Manager at both AT&T and IBM, overseeing end-to-end network services for numerous national and international accounts. Russell began a career as a Consultant Transportation Engineer with Peter Evans Partnership from 1996 to 1998, focusing on traffic impact assessments and negotiations with government bodies. Educational qualifications include a B.Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University.
