Nikhil Hole

Nikhil Hole is a professional with significant experience in business excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Excellence at Flyjac Logistics since July 2019, Nikhil focuses on aspects such as cost of poor quality, customer service quality, productivity improvement, and margin expansion. Previously, Nikhil worked as an Assistant Manager in the same field, facilitating a culture of continuous improvement and implementing strategic roadmaps to enhance productivity, quality, safety, delivery, cost, and growth. Additionally, Nikhil gained early experience as an Associate at CEAT Tyres Limited from September 2016 to July 2019. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
