Joost van der Ouderaa

Joost van der Ouderaa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Algemeen directeur at Flynck since September 2016, Joost is focused on transforming customer interactions and building a premier high-end contact center in Europe. Prior to this, leadership roles at Ohpen included Directeur Internal Audit & Accreditatie, Directeur Risk Management, and Directeur IT, where Joost contributed to the development of the first cloud-based core banking platform and emphasized transparency in the financial market. Joost's career began at Alex Vermogensbank, where the order desk was established, followed by a managerial position at BinckBank. Additionally, a three-year relocation to Sint Maarten was undertaken. Joost holds a HEAO degree in Commercial from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
