Tim Mei

Tim Mei has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Tim is currently the Vice President of Operations at Flynn Restaurant Group and has been in this role since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Operations at RB American Group starting from June 2021. From 2018 to 2020, Tim worked as a Regional Vice President at Cracker Barrel. Before that, they held various positions at Red Robin, including Regional Vice President from 2014 to 2018, Regional Operations Director from 2007 to 2014, and General Manager from 1999 to 2007. Tim began their career at Bennigan's in 1989 as a Team Member and later served as a Kitchen Manager from 1992 to 1994. Tim also worked as a General Manager at Chili's Grill & Bar from 1994 to 1999.
