JP Schmidt has over 27 years of experience in the glazing and architectural operations field. Currently serving as Architectural Operations Manager at Flynn Group of Companies since 2013, JP Schmidt has also held positions including Senior Superintendent and Superintendent within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Project Supervisor at Intricate Glass from 2009 to 2013, Junior Project Manager at Advanced Glazing Systems from 2007 to 2009, and Foreman Glazier at both Highrise Glazing (2004 - 2007) and Shoreline Glass & Metal Co. (1996 - 2004). This extensive background in project management and field supervision highlights strong leadership and operational skills in the glazing industry.
