Venedra Soogrim

Venedra Soogrim possesses extensive experience in payroll management across various organizations. Currently serving as Payroll at Payroll since April 2024 and as Director of Payroll for North America at Flynn Group of Companies since July 2021, Venedra oversees payroll operations for over 7,500 employees, providing customer service to internal stakeholders while reporting to the VP of Finance. Previous roles include Payroll Manager at ARAMARK from January 2018 to June 2021, managing payroll for 15,000-20,000 employees in a complex multi-union environment, and Business Relationship Manager/Payroll Manager at The Coca-Cola Company from July 2008 to December 2017, where Venedra led a significant reorganization project in Europe while collaborating with senior leaders and employee relations teams.
