Denise K. Patterson

Denise K. Patterson is an experienced legal and project management professional with a background in real estate and construction. Currently, Denise serves as an Asset Coordinator and has held multiple roles, including Project Coordinator and Contract Administrator, at Flynn Group since October 2018. Previously, Denise worked as a Judicial Attorney for the Eighth District Court of Appeals in Ohio, where responsibilities included analyzing cases and composing legal decisions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Consultant at Insituform Technologies, Inc., where Denise negotiated significant commercial contracts, and as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Corrpro Companies, Inc., where oversight of the legal department was a key responsibility. Denise earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kenyon College and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University.
