Gil Brucken is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in IT service delivery and operations within the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as Director of Restaurant Support at Flynn Group since June 2017, Gil oversees IT service desk operations, hardware service depot, and field service organization for 2,400 locations across the U.S. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Restaurant Technology at Flynn Group, where responsibilities encompassed servicing 450 Applebee's restaurants. Notably, Gil has received multiple awards, including Applebee's "Technology Innovation Partner of the Year" in 2021. Prior to moving to the restaurant industry, Gil held various IT management positions at companies such as JOANN Stores, InkStop, and OfficeMax, showcasing a robust history of improving IT services and operations. Gil holds a BA in Economics from Allegheny College.
