Thaila Striebing

Thaila Striebing is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and transaction execution. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Real Estate at Flynn Group since September 2022, Striebing previously held key positions including Director of Global Real Estate at JLL for UnitedHealth Group, where oversight included $48 million in annual spend across 246 properties. Additional experience includes management of complex transactions at JPMC and regional property management at Crescendo Commercial Realty, overseeing 750,000 square feet of mixed medical office space. Earlier in the career, Striebing was an Assistant Vice President at New York Community Bank, managing a vast real estate portfolio. Striebing holds a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton and an MA in Economics from Cleveland State University.
