Tina Mattis

Tina Mattis is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management across the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Business Partner at Flynn Group since 2019, Tina provides HR support to multiple divisional operators, area directors, and restaurants, overseeing various initiatives such as talent review and employee engagement. Previously, Tina held senior HR roles at Red Robin, ZOE's Kitchen, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera Bread, and UNO Restaurants, contributing significantly to talent management, employee relations, and restaurant openings. Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University.
