Dr Neil Prem

Dr Neil Prem is an experienced leader with a career spanning across multiple sectors. In 2021, they became the Founder & CEO of The Centre For Prayer & Innovation, and the Director Of Sustainability for flypop. Dr Neil is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership Coaching at Christian Leadership University.

Previously, they were the Chief Operating Officer - Operations & Strategy for Relationships Foundation from 2019 to 2021, where they successfully changed the business model from charity to social enterprise, decreased operating costs by 30% in year one and 17% in year two, and increased profit margins by 25%.

From 2010 to 2019, they were the Head of Engagement at Allia Ltd, where they headed the planning, execution, and delivery of multimillion-pound EU business support initiatives, co-founded the Serious Impact Programme, grew the leadership capability of hundreds of social entrepreneurs, founders and businesses leaders, and embedded sustainability and social responsibility into the heart of every organisation they worked with.

Before that, they were the Executive Director - Strategy & Leadership at THE WORLDCHANGERS TRUST from 2003 to 2010, where they launched and sustained an orphanage, fed 1000's of widows and orphans, and provided medical support to 100's of people infected with Leprosy. In 2002, they were a National Executive Member at UK College of Life Coaching.

Dr Neil Prem's education history includes a Doctor of Ministry from Christian Leadership University, which they completed in 2022 with a focus on Life and Career Transitions. Dr Neil also holds a Masters in Theology from Global Grace Seminary, which they completed in 2020 with a focus on Leadership and Performance. Their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Theology/Theological Studies was also from Global Grace Seminary and was completed in 2020.
