Nino (Navdip) Singh Judge has a long and varied career in the finance and automotive industries. Nino (Navdip) Singh began their career in 1989 as an R&D Engineer for Team Lotus. After three years, they moved on to work as an Ecu Bond Trader for Lehman Brothers and then JPMorgan Chase. In 1996, they became the Head of € Supra/Sovereign/Agency & Covered Bond Desk/eComm Product Strategy Manager for BGC Partners. In 2008, they were appointed MD of Litespeed F3, where they were instrumental in bringing the Lotus brand back to F1 in 2009 as Lotus Racing and Team Lotus. In 2010, they became the CEO of GP2 for Caterham F1 Team and then Head of Driver Development Europe for Lotus Racing/Team Lotus. In 2017, they joined Cantab Asset Management as a Senior Adviser, and in 2014 they became the Chief Executive Officer of flypop Ltd, a UK proposed start-up Low-Cost airline service.

Nino (Navdip) Singh Judge's education history began in 1978 when they attended Denbigh High School, Luton and completed O Levels. Nino (Navdip) Singh then attended Welbeck College from 1982 to 1983. In 1984, they attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for Officer Training. Finally, from 1985 to 1988, they attended the University of Southampton and obtained a MEng in Aero & Astro Engineering.
