Tomasz Penczek

Tomasz Penczek currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at FLYR Labs since February 2023. Previously, Tomasz held various leadership positions at LOT Polish Airlines from July 2015 to January 2023, including Managing Director of the Revenue Division, where responsibilities encompassed revenue management, sales, e-commerce, pricing, and customer analytics. Earlier roles at LOT included Director of Revenue Management, Pricing & Distribution, and Junior Pricing Analyst, among others. Tomasz's career began with an internship at LOT Polish Airlines in the Revenue Management department, as well as a summer internship at Siemens Enterprise Communications, focusing on service department operations and networking solutions. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Transport: Management in Aviation and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Telecommunication, and IT from Warsaw University of Technology.
