Erez Flaschner

Erez Flaschner is a skilled engineer and team leader with significant experience in the technology and aerospace industries. Currently serving as the Field Team Lead at Flytrex since September 2022, Erez previously held roles at Percepto, including Head of Test Flights and Experiments as well as FAE and Customer Success Manager, where expertise in autonomous drones was developed from July 2017 to September 2023. Prior experience includes working as an R&D Engineer at Medispec, where responsibilities encompassed product development and validation for medical devices utilizing sound wave technology, and a student engineering position at Intel focused on data analysis. Erez also contributed to youth development as a Lead Instructor at Aharai from July 2010 to July 2012. Erez holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
