Tiara Nicole Riley has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Tiara Nicole began their career in 2008 as an Operations Supervisor at Best Buy, where they created and implemented an 8-week leadership development program and trained new team members. In 2013, they moved to Premier Tax & Accounting Service as a Human Resources Generalist, where they managed candidate interviews, onboarding activities, and offer letter preparation. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Director at Life After Loss NonProfit, where they created the 501(c)(3) organization and defined organizational strategy and processes. Later in 2016, they took on the role of Leadership Development & Training Manager at Wal, where they supported onboarding efforts and designed and developed a 6-week training curriculum. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Manager at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., where they led recruiting efforts and monitored associate performance. Currently, they are a Board Member at Stillborn And Infant Loss Support and HR Manager at Flytrex, where they are responsible for supporting current and future business needs, leading a full-cycle recruiting process, and bridging management and employee relations.

Tiara Nicole Riley earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2012.
