Serena Lucas possesses extensive experience in operations and client management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Flywheel Brands, Inc. since March 2009. Previous roles at Flywheel Brands include Director of Client Success, Director of Auction Sales, and Account Manager. Prior to this, Serena held the position of Insurance Agent at Frank Steil Insurance from July 2001 to March 2009. Serena holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and General Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2003 and 2007.
