Amina Chebira

Amina Chebira, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Solutions Architecture and Director of Relationship Management at Flywheel.io since November 2021. Prior to this, Amina held the position of Senior Manager for Data Sciences at ELCA Informatique SA from August 2018 to November 2021, and worked at CSEM as a Project Manager and Head of Vision Systems Research from June 2012 to June 2018. Amina's experience includes managing projects in vision systems and data science, leading project acquisition efforts for various funding sources, and developing methodologies and solutions across multiple business fields. Earlier roles included serving as a postdoctoral researcher at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, focusing on biomedical signal processing, and an internship at Philips Research Center-Natlab. Amina earned a Ph.D. in Image Processing and Pattern Recognition from Carnegie Mellon University and completed both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication Systems at EPFL.
