Jamie Nickerson is currently working at Flywheel IT Services as a 2nd Line IT Operations Engineer and also serves as an IT Helpdesk Engineer. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Atos as a Datacentre Services Engineer, responsible for the physical installation of equipment such as servers, switches, firewalls, and routers within datacentres, as well as copper and fibre patch cabling.
