Chief Technology Officer at Flywheel Technologies

TameEM IFTIKHAR has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Starting with an Internship at Memco in 2009, they then volunteered at Al-Islah Foundation, followed by a Summer Internship at Diezel Spares and Services in 2012. In 2013, they were a CE software developer (co-op) at IBM, and then a Lead Full-Stack Backend Developer at Nightly.to in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Full-Stack Backend Developer at SurfEasy, and then a Principal Engineer and Full Stack Backend Developer at Symantec. In 2019, they became Co-Founder and VP Engineering at Ruksack, and currently holds the role of Chief Technology Officer at Flywheel Technologies. Throughout their career, Tameem has been involved in product development, building MVPs, improving and scaling the platform and application architecture, designing CI/CD pipelines, and more.

Tameem Iftikhar attended SICAS from 2005 to 2010, where they completed their high school degree with a focus on sciences. Following this, they attended the University of Toronto from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
