Jeremy James

Jeremy James currently serves as the Senior Director of Data Science & Analytics at Flywire, a position held since 2025, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department from 2016 to 2024. At Flywire, Jeremy oversees the analytics strategy and execution, focusing on empowering teams with essential information through business intelligence and data engineering functions. Prior to Flywire, Jeremy held various analytical roles, including Manager of Analysis & Insights at The Achievement Network, where responsibilities included leading data-driven evaluations for partner performance and program impact. Additional experiences include contributions as a Senior Reporting Analyst for Young Education Professionals and as a Data Analyst for Prince George's County Public Schools. Jeremy co-founded eSentry Security while participating in the Start-Up Chile program and worked as an Engineering Consultant at ARES Corporation. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
