Robert Lovell has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality assurance and engineering. Robert started their career as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Raytheon, where they led a team and conducted research to improve quality and reliability. Robert then moved on to Kidde-Fenwal, where they served as the Director of Quality, overseeing compliance and integration of technical functions. After that, they joined UTC Fire & Security as the Director of Product Assurance, responsible for implementing quality initiatives and reducing costs. Currently, they are the Vice President of Auditing and Quality Assurance at FM Approvals, managing quality assurance, accreditation, and auditing functions globally.

Robert Lovell has a strong educational background in engineering. Robert attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management, with a specialization in Quality & Reliability. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
