John Holliday has extensive work experience in the infrastructure and construction industry. John began their career as an Engineer at the City of London, where they worked on designing schemes and developing a traffic modelling system. John then moved to Atkins, where they served as a Senior Build Manager, overseeing various projects in the City of London and coordinating the delivery of a London Bus initiative.
In 2002, John joined FM Conway Ltd as a Senior Contract Manager, leading multiple term contracts and gaining a deep understanding of London Highway works. John later became the Director of Professional Services, responsible for providing strategic direction and ensuring high-quality service delivery for TfL and Conway projects.
John then transitioned to Conway Aecom, where they held the role of Contract Manager for the North West LoHAC Contract. In this position, they facilitated communication between TfL and Conway Aecom and successfully managed the challenges of leading a fresh approach to highway services.
Currently, John is serving as the City of London Contract Director at FM Conway Ltd, responsible for growing the consultancy division and offering clients a unique and valuable service through innovative design and close collaboration with delivery teams.
John Holliday attended Nottingham Trent University from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a HD Tech in Civil Engineering.
