Ricardo Criminale

Ricardo Criminale is an experienced operations manager with a career spanning over 15 years in the construction and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Core Services Manager at FM Conway Ltd since July 2017, Ricardo has also held the position of Planning & Performance Manager at Conway Aecom from April 2013 to July 2017. Earlier roles include Business Systems Manager at Amey from January 2008 to March 2013 and Systems Operator at ISS Facility Services UK from 2006 to 2008. Ricardo holds a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Civil Engineering from MidKent College, completed from September 2019 to September 2020.
