Lisa Capalbo

Lisa Capalbo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career as a Secondary Marketing Manager/Underwriting Manager at Bank of New England Mortgage in 1988. Lisa then worked as an Operations Manager at Fleet Mortgage from 1991 to 1995. Capalbo joined Citizens Bank in 1995 and held various roles, including Training/Business Analyst and later Vice President - Cash Management. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and facilitating training programs for colleagues and business partners and also managed internal communications. Lisa joined RBS/Citizens Financial Group in 2008 and served as the Vice President-Global Transaction Services, where they were in charge of training activities and internal communications for the Global Transactions Services division. Capalbo worked at Schneider Electric as a Global Curriculum Manager from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are employed at FM Global, holding the position of Senior Strategic Project and Initiatives Lead, where they oversee project execution and manages learning initiatives. Additionally, Capalbo served on the Board of Directors for Big Sisters of Rhode Island from 2004 to 2007.

Lisa Capalbo has a BA degree in English from Boston College. Lisa also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Bryant University and a Certificate in Advanced Leadership Development Program from Babson College. Additionally, Lisa has obtained a certification in "Arianna Huffington's Thrive 02: Learning How to Unplug and Recharge" from LinkedIn in 2021.
