Lisa worked at FM Global for over 29 years, holding various positions including Vice President of Technology Workforce Development and Strategic Sourcing, and Vice President of Business Systems Development. In these roles, Lisa demonstrated their expertise in building and optimizing teams, delivering state-of-the-art business systems, and driving the evolution of technology as a competitive advantage. Additionally, Lisa served as an Advisory Board Member for Pathways in Technology Early College High School, playing a key role in establishing and nurturing a program to increase the pipeline of Computer Science professionals in Rhode Island. Lisa also served as an Advisory Board Member for CS4RI, a statewide initiative to teach Computer Science in all public schools.
