Michael Paolillo has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Michael began their career as an underwriting trainee at FM Global in 2009, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of ocean marine insurance policies and the industry. Michael then progressed to become the Vice President and Manager of FM Global Cargo, where they managed a portfolio of 160 accounts with premium exceeding $8,000,000. Currently, they are responsible for overseeing a multinational team of underwriters, cargo risk engineers, and account coordinators to grow a profitable book of business in the ocean marine sector. In addition, they are involved in developing strategic business plans and roadmaps for the company's future. Prior to their position at FM Global, they also completed an internship at Four Anchors Worldwide in 2008.
From 2005 to 2009, Michael Paolillo attended the State University of New York Maritime College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation.
